Tungsten Copper welding Wheels are made of tungsten and copper alloy which has the advantages of tungsten and copper, with high temperature resistance, arc erosion resistance, high strength, high specific gravity, good electrical and thermal conductivity, easy cutting and processing, and sweat cooling properties.

 

Due to the high hardness, high melting point, and adhesion resistance of tungsten, they are often used to make convex welding and butt welding electrodes with certain wear resistance and high temperature resistance.

 

When tungsten copper welding wheels are used for molds made of tungsten steel and high-temperature resistant superhard alloys that require electrical corrosion, ordinary electrodes have high losses and slow speeds. The high electrical corrosion rate, low loss rate, precise electrode shape, and excellent machining performance of tungsten copper welding wheels can greatly improve the accuracy of the machined parts.
