Tungsten copper alloy electrode is made of tungsten copper composite material which is produced by CIP forming, sintering tungsten skeleton and copper plating process.Tungsten copper alloy electrodes have the characteristics of high strength, high heat resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, good air oxidation resistance, good arc resistance, high temperature deformation resistance, strong wear resistance and high ductility in high temperature welding, flash butt and spot welding.Since W90Cu10 grades have the highest tungsten content, they provide good electrical and thermal conductivity and are widely used as contact materials in high-power equipment.
