Precautions for use
1. Before installation, wipe the surface and channel of the sphere with a dust-free cloth dipped in 75% alcohol in one direction. Use it after it is naturally air-dried. Chlorine-containing or ketone-containing solvents are prohibited.
2. The outer diameter of the puncture needle must be ≤1.4 mm, the needle tip angle must be 18°±2°, the insertion speed must be ≤10 mm/s, and the needle body and the channel must be kept coaxial to avoid lateral force causing micro-cracks in the sphere.
3. Do not contact with hydrofluoric acid, molten alkali metals, or high-temperature chlorides to prevent stress corrosion cracking of titanium alloy.
4. Immediately remove the needle after the puncture is completed and check whether the channel rebounds and closes. If leakage occurs, replace it immediately and do not puncture it again.
5. For long-term static storage, place the sphere in a dry, dust-free environment, avoid direct sunlight and ozone, and store at a temperature of -20 ℃~60 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤60%.
