Titanium Gr 5 Wires have the advantages of good solderability, high electrical resistance, high mechanical strength, hypoallergenic, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, easy processing, cost-effective, and non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Preparation and manufacturing process of Titanium Gr 5 Wires

• Raw materials: triple vacuum arc melting (VAR) + electron beam cooling bed (EB-CHM), O≤0.12%
• Hot rolling: Φ6 mm coil → drawing 0.1–8.0 mm, online peeling Ra≤0.4 μm
• Annealing: 750 °C vacuum annealing for 1 h, grain size ASTM 7–9; optional cold work hardening state (Y) or annealed state (M).
