1. Ultra-low interstitial elements (ELI)
Oxygen content ≤0.13% (≤0.20% for ordinary Gr5), significantly reducing the risk of brittleness and improving long-term implant safety.

Strictly control iron (≤0.25%) and nitrogen (≤0.05%) to avoid adverse tissue reactions.

2. Balance of high strength and toughness
Tensile strength ≥860 MPa, yield strength ≥795 MPa, elongation ≥10%, perfectly matching the mechanical requirements of load-bearing bones.

Fracture toughness ≥70 MPa√m, fatigue resistance is better than ordinary Ti-6Al-4V (Gr5).
