Manufacturing Process of Titanium Gr2 Welding Wire


Smelting: Three vacuum arc melting (VAR) is used to ensure low impurities.
Processing: After hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, and other processes, dimensional accuracy and surface quality are ensured.
Heat treatment: Usually, vacuum annealing is performed at 650℃ to optimize grain size and residual stress.
