The typical composition of Monel K-500 thin wall thickness tube is nickel (more than 63%), copper (27-33%), and it adds aluminum (2.3-3.15%) and titanium (0.35-0.85%). This forms a gamma prime (γ') phase precipitation strengthening structure. The thin wall design of Monel K-500 thin wall thickness tube (usually with a wall thickness of less than or equal to 2mm) makes it lightweight and strong. It is suitable for fields with strict requirements on material weight and corrosion resistance.
