Incoloy 800HT straight weld wires are a kind of nickel-iron-chromium alloy welding materials. They are designed for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant environments. They meet the standards of ASTM B408, B409 and so on. The composition of Incoloy 800HT straight weld wires is Ni-30% to 35%, Cr-19% to 23%, and Fe is the balance. Titanium (Ti) and aluminum (Al) are added to stabilize it. The carbon content is strictly controlled at 0.06% to 0.10%. This optimizes the high-temperature strength and anti-creep properties. Incoloy 800HT straight weld wires are suitable for TIG (tungsten inert gas welding) and MIG (metal inert gas welding). They are often used to weld high-temperature parts of the same material or different metals.
