Multi-pass wire drawing:
Diamond die (aperture reduction rate 10-15%/pass), intermediate annealing (1000℃/H₂, after each pass).
Ultimate processing:
Electrolytic polishing (H₂SO₄:CH₃OH=1:3), diameter tolerance ±0.5μm (Φ0.1mm wire), surface Ra<0.05μm.

Size limit:
