Titanium foil is produced by cold rolling industrial pure titanium grades 1-4 or alloys like Ti-6Al-4V into strips. Of all the alloys, it have the highest resistance to weight and corrosion.

 

Titanium foil have width of 600mm, while length is customizable, thickness varies between 0.001 and 0.02 inches and weight can be upto 100kg. Foils have a purity of 99.7% and conform to  standards GB/T3622-2012 and ASTM B265. Main application of titanium foil is in aerospace, nuclear power, electronics, chemical industries, precision manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutics.
