Density is only 4.5 g/cm³ (about 60% of steel), and the tensile strength can reach 895 MPa (Ti-6Al-4V), which significantly reduces the weight of the structure.
The specific strength (strength/density ratio) far exceeds that of stainless steel and aluminum alloys, and is suitable for weight-sensitive applications.
Excellent corrosion resistance
Resistant to seawater, chlorides, acid and alkali media (such as HCl, H₂SO₄), suitable for chemical and marine environments.
Anti-oxidation temperature reaches 400-600℃ (depending on the alloy composition).
Excellent fatigue and fracture toughness
Suitable for high dynamic load scenarios, such as aviation structural parts, sports equipment, etc.
Low thermal expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability when the temperature changes.
Biocompatibility (medical grade)
Pure titanium (Gr1-Gr4) and Ti-6Al-4V ELI meet ASTM F136 standards and are suitable for human implants.
