The powder metallurgy process
Powder preparation:

Hydrogen reduction of MoO₃ (two-stage: 600℃→900℃) to obtain spherical molybdenum powder (3-5μm, fluidity <25s/50g).

Isostatic pressing:

CIP (200-300MPa) molding, green density > 65%, mold pressing + cold isostatic pressing (CIP) composite process to reduce anisotropy.

High temperature sintering:

Vertical melting sintering (1800-2000℃/H₂), density > 99%, grain size controllable at 10-50μm (adjusted by sintering curve).

Special processing technology
Laser cutting:

Ultrafast laser (picosecond level) processing micropores (Φ0.1-0.3mm), cut taper <0.1° (SEM verification).

Electrolytic polishing:

Mixed acid (H₂SO₄:H₃PO₄=3:1), surface roughness from Ra 1.2μm→0.05μm (AFM detection), reducing particle adsorption.
